And If you have netbook or notebook or pads then you have to install Operating System From USB Flash Drive because they don’t have Optical Discs Drive. Installing Windows or Any Other OS from USB Flash Drive, Step By Step Guide With Pictures : 1. Go To Start, In search box write ‘cmd’ then Right-click on cmd and click on ‘Run As Administrator’ . 2. After That A ‘CMD’ window will open. Write ‘diskpart’ and Hit ‘Enter’ to open Disk part Utility. 3. At The diskpart> Prompt type : ‘list disk’ . Then All the drives running on your computer will show . 4. Type select disk “number”, Suppose Disk “1” is your Hard Disk , Disk “2” is USB Flash Drive. So Choose Disk “2” 5. Type ‘clean’ , it will clean your USB flash drive. 6. Type ‘create partition primary’ . to make a new Partition in USB Flash Drive 7. Type ‘active’ , to make the partition live ‘active’. 8. Type ‘format fs=fat32 quick’ , to format the USB drive quickly in the FAT32 file system. You can also use ‘ntfs’ but fat32 is Recommended. 9. Type ‘assign’ , to have Windows assign a drive letter to the drive. 10. Type ‘exit’ , to close the diskpart. and close the Command Prompt. 11. Enter Your Windows ‘CD/DVD’ or Any OS System You have , Copy All The files of the ‘CD/DVD’ or any ‘.iso’ file of OS to the USB Flash Drive. that’s it . Now Restart Your Computer and go to BiOS settings Set USB Flash drive as first boot drive. Or Goto Boot Menu and Select Boot From USB Drive . If You’re Geekthen you can also Use ‘Rufus’ Download from google : Rufus 1. Choose USB Drive 2. Choose File System 3. Tick On ‘Create A Bootable Disk Using ‘iso’ 4. Tick On ‘Create Extended label’ 5. Browse Your .iso File 6. Hit Start !
