Bruteforceing what is bruteforceing to explain bruteforceing im gonna use this example : when u what acess to say your moms facebook u can make a list with things she likes and things she maybe would have as a password you can use a program or do it manuallly .But use a program or write one, beacuse if u have no idea of what the password is u want to use a big wordlist and a computer works faster then by writing them in one by one, if it would be say a gmail account then u find out the victoms email and then "bruteforce" the password with a word list . so bruteforceing is when u try alot of password to like a gmail account . note this is why website say use a long password because a long password can take along time to crack let say i would have "birds2" as a password note that it startes with b and b is the second character so the word will be found fast , and its only 6 characters long so we class this as a weak password but if i would have like "127.0.0.0thatZMyCrib255.255.255.255" you see i used numbers dots and both uppercase and lowercase characters this is consider to be a strong password and will take a long time to crack with a normal computer. but if u you would get your hands on one of these supercomputer the gov got . bruteforceing program , xhydra and burpsuit download a word list with ca 1-5million characters that would work out just fine
